COOL CARGO DUO
Cool Cargo is a dual electric/acoustic guitar and vocal duo specializing
in smooth vocal harmonies and easy listening hits from the 60’s through
to the 90’s. The song list includes favourites from the Rock/Pop/Country
genres accompanied by electric and acoustic guitar and in-house developed
backing sounds completing the full sound of a larger band. The list includes
classics from bands such as the Eagles, Beatles, Daddy Cool, Rolling Stones,
Creedence, Dire Straits, Kinks, Mentals, Eric Clapton, Everleys and many
more. The combination of music and presentation is a proven winner to make
any pub/club evening or function a huge success.
Featuring Dave Fletcher (lead vocals and guitar) and John Cleave (vocals
and lead guitar), this combination has a total of over 30 years in the
music industry and features strong vocal harmonies backed by electric and
acoustic guitar and (in-house developed) backing tracks. The duo has been
together since 1998, with Dave having worked previously in bands in the
Adelaide and Brisbane areas and John working extensively in the Brisbane
area.
