On The Move Band
On The Move’ was formed late in 2008. The band’s goal was to present a wide variety of music from the sixties and seventies, with the main focus being on audience entertainment.
Being aware that many people from that music era enjoy dancing, a large part of the repertoire is made up of songs that are bound to have your toes tapping … either out on the dance floor, or under the table.
Classic hits of the time have not been forgotten. So, if you’re not up dancing, then you’ll be singing some of your favourites along with the band.
In a night’s work, the audience will hear songs from The Beatles, Roy Orbison, Chuck Berry, The Rolling Stones, Jimmy Buffett, Creedence, Dusty Springfield, Linda Ronstadt, Connie Francis ... and many more.
The song list also includes modern country rock music from popular artists The Mavericks, Brooks and Dunn, Alan Jackson, Catherine Britt and others.
The group, collectively, can boast over one hundred years of professionalism in the entertainment industry. This experience carries over to the way every performance is presented.
